Bump steer is just that, I wouldn't fret about bump toe when the wheels are pointing straight ahead but on full lock is where it matters.

With a MOA (motor on axle) crawler there's two motors, one for the front axle and one for the rear, both connected by individual ESC's and driven via tx mixing so you can adjust the speed of each...
