Thanks for the reply Randy.Today I disassembled the whole motor and found 5 grains of sand between the rotor and sensor board. I cleaned everything up and sealed the motor.

My motor sounds like it has dirt in it.I can spin rotor by hand but it feels gritty.After taking it apart I cant see anything wrong.So I reassemble and everything is good.I do have a little end play...
