Forgive my scepticism but the difference in the two tracks is about 2mm or about 0.67%. The drive shafts changed from 93mm to 94mm
Unless you're an exceptional driver that difference will be 0.67%...

For racing 1900kv and Kyosho is the pick. For bashing not sure you can have too much power...BUT the truggy sized motors won't fit (EzRun 4274-SL-2200KV). You're limited to about 69mm in length....

aplogies my mistake. I thought it was the mp9 RTR not the EVO RTR. Yeah the mount won’t fit. The kit for the EVO used a different motor mount setup which would cost a lot to try replicate on the RTR....

It’ll fit but note that cnc made mount does require 2 x nylon lock nuts to hold it down. Not sure your cast version is the same. If not you’ll need those too.
