So I've settled on ordering the castle sidewinder 3 3800kv setup. It says it's rated for 2s lipo so that's the way I'm going.. there are ppl online saying 3s is good in it.. but it's only rated for 2s so I rather play it safe.. I'm just bashing anyways so I'm not willing to risk blowing something and wasting money just for a 3s lipo.
Question ...
Going to go with some smc lipos.. now I can get a 2s 6000mah 100c.. or a 2s 6000mah 60 c.. my worry is runtime.. I'm willing to put down the few extra bucks for the 100c.. but is it really worth it.. and would the 100c have a shorter runtime than the 60c.. or does it not matter runtime wise.

C rating has no effect on expected runtime, mah is the packs' capacity.

Just ordered the
-SMC 2s 6000mah 100c
Going to break it in on my brushed motor until brushless setup arrives.. hope it's a crazy battery.. runtime hoping 30 min+

I run the same system in my sc10. And I'm using smc 6500mah 70c race formula packs.. paired with the castle SCT 3800kv system I get plenty of runtime..35 minutes last run I timed with juice still left in pack.. And plenty of ass kicking to boot..

Make sure you turn LVC on your ESC on before switching to the lipo - overdischarging a lipo can ruin it.
