Default Speedworks 19 twin super

Does anyone know anything about this motor? (see attached for pic) its a speedworks 19 twin super... I've trawled the web but can find much I can tell its a stepper motor. I was told by the guy in the store on Kwong Wa st in Hong Kong that its a hell of a lot more powerful than the standard motor that came in my tamiya rising storm DF-02 chassis...

Any recommendations for power and speed motors for upgrades are super welcome also!!

It is a lot more powerful than the Johnson 540 that came in that kit, and if you are going to reuse the ESC that came with it, it will not last long. The Tamiya ESC is only rated down to 25T motor, and that is pushing it.

A 19T will melt that thing in about 2 runs.

You do have the wiring correct.

There are alot of them on the market, I think there is a gentleman here that is selling some for around $15 a piece.

Giving from your OP, it seems you are in China, so i would get one that is rated at about 320A which should calculate to run down to a 15T motor.

Novak, LRP, Dynamite, Duratrax, Venom all have suitable ESC's.
