Hello All!
Today is a good day!! 
I have been lurking on the forum for a week or two, made a few posts and feel I should "officially" introduce myself. I guess this is the place to do it LOL
I got out of the hobby a little over 10 years ago when I lived in South Carolina and was getting ready to move back to Ohio. I had a newborn son etc.......
He is now 11 and he asked for a Short Course truck a few weeks ago
So of course all the old feelings started to come back and I couldn't just let him get something to bash. WE ARE GOING RACING 
I was pretty heavy into the offroad and some onroad way back then. My how things have changed. It's daunting trying to learn everything that is new. 2.4ghz Radios (who has my frequency clip) Lipos, Brushless
It's good to be back. Today I ordered 2 SC kits from my local hobby shop and I have also purchased or am in the process of purchasing some used stuff from members here
Man how excited am I. It's brings even more of a smile to hear the boy talking about it and telling his friends all about his new Losi on xbox LOL
