Redcat racing?

I know you are passionate about Redcat, and I own a few of them, but that statement makes no sense at all.
Redcat doesn't manufacture cars, they simply buy them in bulk and rebrand them. With that being said, some are good and some are not. It all depends on who the true manufacturer is.
So to say that a $199 Redcat is the same quality as a $700 vehicle, is just a silly statement.

It's nice to read others inputs sometimes. I just picked up a Avalanche XTR, all stock, Runs OK, the SH is proving to be a bit picky to tune, but I bashed the crap out of it the other day until a swing set jumped in front of it @ full tit, taking out the front diff housing. It sits here next to me, disgusting from wet grass shreds and mud, waiting on parts and a cleaning. All in all for the price tag, it's not a bad piece. In the 25 minutes or so of run time I've got on it since I bought it It's outlasted my HPI Savage that couldn't leave the ground without snapping shocks and has taken WAY more abuse then I ever put my Savage through. I'm still considered a wet behind the ears complete nub when it comes to R/C I'm just playing with them to pass some time on boring days. I think we do have a few tracks around here I might go bash on with a friend. We'll see.
The waiting for parts does SUCK, I don't think there's a Redcat dealer in my state, much less my town, therefore I will wait for parts.... And Hope they do a AL front diff housing for it eventually.
