Benchmark gearing for 13.5T

I just was given a 13.5T sensored motor. I threw in the gearing from my old setup (25/83) and didn't know what a solid benchmark for a short course trucks running a 13.5T would be.
The previous setup was a Traxxas combo and they have gearing charts. I know application can change what you want to do, but in the charts they layout what are good zones for that motor and what are your "no go" areas.
So that lead me to wonder what a normal range of spur and pinion would be for an sct since the motor manual only gives (what I believe to be the max FDR) one number.
