Before that email I got this confusing email regarding my order. I made one order for 4 items and this was the email I got. I paid using my credit card through their website when I made the purchase. I get a separate email for each item.

I did receive an order from an auction that I used Paypal for. It is the ones I paid for with my credit card, through the RCmart website, that are the problem. It has been so long I can't remember exactly what I ordered!!! Very frustrating!!!

I've also had problems logging into website. I was just able to and it looks like the only orders shown on website may be Ebay auctions...not order I thought I placed on website.

I am sure something has gone wrong. I live in Kingaroy QLD, and I can order on Sunday night my time and have it here by the following Friday, sometimes I get it on Wednesday. There was one order that was a bit longer when RCMart decided they could not send to a PO Box as they have in the past and I had to give them a res address.

Has the money come off your CC, if so ring the bank and get it cancelled. RCMart will ring you then.

Maybe they have closed shop... there has been no replies from them on the other thread for some time... maybe there puter is broken ...lol

RC Mart please reply to our questions. I have already bought a new Kyosho Mad Force from Towers because you did not reply to my question. Not to mention it was cheaper.

Sorry for my late reply. I went to Hobby Vision show in Las Vegas
& the iHobby show in Chicago. When i came back, there are tons
of stuff waiting for me....

Alright, what is your order number? or what is your e-mail
address you registered in our store?

The e-mails regarding orders from store & auction are handled
by different persons. It seems that you have got your order
from auction & now only looking for the one that you placed
on our store, rite?

Once i get your order ID, i will check & let u know...





for the log in problem, are you following the URL in the e-mail
to login? If so, you can only access your auction order.
If you need to access your stores' order, you need to login from
our main page. I know it is a bit loudsy. Our IT man will improve
the system soon...

Order Processing time = 1-5 days.
Airmail transition time = 7-14 days
EMS transition time = 3-5 days

Sometime, the postal system in other countries may cause the
delay due to security or other reason. Like Canada, they tighten
up the control of goods imported.

Hi Dazza,
LOL.... nothing goes wrong. the reason i have no reply here
because i was out of town to the USA for the hobby shows in
Las Vegas & chicago. I was unable to access internet quite
often during the trips. However, our customer service team
in Hong Kong was still available to reply everyone's question.
They work at Mon-Sat HKT 9:00am - 7:00pm . Most of the
e-mails can be replied within 1-2 working days.

Recently, there were many charge back from our CC provider
so we need to enforce our payment verification process. You
know, there are huge of fault card activities in the internet
world. So, we need a bit more time to verify the payment.
However, these extended time had been offset by hiring more
staff to take care of this issue.

Our CC provider needs to verify the shipping address is exactly
the same as the address you shown on your bill, so we need
to have your res address. Most of the on-line shops in the USA
are also doing the same practises.

I know you are a honest customer, but not all the guys like you!
some bad guys are stilling trying to do some illegal activities
on-line!! Therefore, our customer service has some rules to
follow to verify a CC payment.

The time of delay in your order is only because we wasted some
time in e-mail correspondence to have your res address. But,
for your next order, we can ship to your res address quicky as
usual..


LOL~~~! I'm not a customer service guy in rcMart.
so, anything regarding the order should contact our customer
sevice directly instead of waiting me to reply. They are much
hardworking than me... LOL... & can get back to you within
1-2 working days.

As explained, i was out of town for almost 2.x weeks.
The problem was only i couldn't access internet quite often
& couldn't post message here........
