Airplanes not selling?

What are you selling?

I've found it's hard to sell just about ANY RC stuff unless you're asking a LOT less than what it's worth new, depending on how desirable it is.
Not sure what you have or what it costs new but buying something from a private seller has to be a really good deal to a buyer since there is risk, in some cases zero warranty, and no returns.
This is definitely not a hobby where you can expect to get your money back, it's like restoring old cars. :-)

when you transfer to a new owner from original purchaser it is used or at least considered used. Warranty does not transfer.so the new buyer is out in parts if something happens.I have not sold on here but sell locally often and I rarely break even.I also don't deal in aerial much at all. I'm a ground pounder. I like monster trucks. Lot of buyers are looking for that deal of a lifetime.

To be honest with you, you'll be better off on RCGroups when it comes to Air RC. RCtech has always been big on surface RC. As many have already pointed out, in this hobby, it's highly unlikely to EVER break even when selling private. Regardless of the product being new, used etc.
