Default SMC RF120 not recognizing brake when setting endpoints. Initial Setup

Hello everyone, After two years I am finally getting back into this RC hobby.

I am struggling to get my SMC RF120 ESC to connect to my Spektrum DX3.0 with Spektrum RX3000 receiver. I believe I have reset all radio settings to default.

Neutral Endpoint is recognized. Throttle Endpoint is recognized. But struggling with the Brake Endpoint. I then switch the Throttle to reverse on radio, and ESC did not recognize Forward when setting endpoints. I cannot figure out if its on my radio end or ESC that I am missing.

I could use some help with anyone who might be using a similar setup or experience.

Thank you.

Default

Follow-up:

It appears that the brake trim was set at 65% from the old settings on a nitro vehicle. Now I need to step back into the stone age, charge my Ni-MH battery, and get some more testing done. I need to step into the LiPo scene asap.
