Their customer service has been top notch every time I have had a question. My only "problem" was when my Hotwire would not operate with my computer. It turned out that the issue was not a Tekin problem, but a problem with my computer. With that said Tekin customer service walked me through a solution, step by step over the phone. I won't own anything other than Tekin because of their excellent customer service!
