So I have another one for you guys, how do I turn off battery fail safe voltage? Won't let me set it below 3.8v which is kinda high

Telemetry has nothing to do with it. In the failsafe menu after each channel you can switch B F/S on or off.
My T7XC is still running firmware 2.3 and the battery failsafe is in my transmitter shown as AC-FS after each channel But why is 3.8v not low enough? Are you running 1S LiPo? if so, then the BEC of the ESC is still providing 5v? No failsafe is needed..... |

All chanels are on off, I'm using 4s lipos for buggy and truggy, ideally 3.4 per cell cutoff is ideal in my opinion. With this setting right now I'm not sure if I could make 8min main, haven't timed it tho. Just hoping I can resolve this.
I've read like 20last pages and noone mentioned this problem. The battery failsafe is mor important with gas powered cars where the receiver and/or servo\s stop moving when the battery goes too low. |

You are making a huge mistake. The battery failsafe is only for the total voltage the receiver gets. Because tha is provided through a BEC of the ESC it does not measure the votage of the 4S battery pack and so has totally nothing to do with the voltage per cel. If the BEC provids 6V it will stay 6v, even when the 4S battery comes under voltage (under 12v = 3v/cel). In this case you can keep the Failsafe off and program the LVC within the ESC.

That is not the receiver, check the LVC setting of the ESC.

You can plug in a headphone if needed.

Does anyone know if / where Futaba posts the details of their firmware updates? I'd like to know what changes before blindly updating.
Thanks! |

Thanks! Online with the update there is also a document with the manual how to update and a change log. Mainly all the updates are for SBUS options. |
