When you update the firmware from 250 to 254 is it gonna make me rebound all my vehicles with tekin escs? Because I have quite a few

Can someone try the Hotwire Android app for me? When I look at the data logs, they work fine but the three dots in the bottom right don't do anything.

Is that the same as anyone else's?

I had wrong gearing, but happy to see motor temp never over 140F and esc not over 120F. Awesome.

I updated my rsx to 255, and set it up with my windows pc, I think went to the track and made some changes with the android app, one thing I noticed was the boost only went to 20 but on the pc it went further.

came home to look at the data logs and when I plugged in my rsx to the pc I got a message, about the version of firmware on the rsx was not compatible and I had to re flash the esc.

Trying to update through PC and having the same problem. Every time I connect, it says the firmware is out of date and needs to be updated. The save file that it creates when doing this is garbage so I had to rebuild my setup. The version of Hotwire on my PC does not appear to be 2.0. Not seeing any of the features mentioned. Going to try a complete uninstall of the Hotwire program to see what happens. (PS> Windows 8 PC.)

Uninstall / reinstall didn't change anything. I have tried both the EXE and the ZIP files from the site. Going to try with my phone next. Using my phone to tune is was started this mess. I guess the phone auto updated the app and when I made adjustments with the phone, the ESC went wacko with the old software in it. Phone made no mention of updating firmware.

More info, using the phone, the ESC shows it is still on Vegas 250. The firmware updates don't seem to be working from the PC.

For anyone who hasn't updated to the new software, do it! You will really be amazed how smooth you can make your esc now. The new Torque control is awesome.

Anytime you update your ESC, you must do a radio calibration.

Not sure if I'm missing something here:

working with a T4 2016 chassis, brand new Tekin RSX, connected to brand new Redline Gen3 17.5T. All motor wires properly connected (A-A, B-B, C-C) and sensor wire connected and verified working. standard radio calibration completed. Running in blinky mode, and the ESC seems to deliver more power and higher RPMs during full reverse than with full throttle.

I know the throttle isn't reversed, as the delay engages before reversing, also during throttle, LEDs light up left to right as they should, and light up left to right when reversing.

Is this normal? am I missing something?

Edit - Nevermind. Totally forgot to adjust motor timing. Fixed the issue.
