The charger has no problem discharging. It is designed to do it. Spend $20 and build a resistive load for your iCharger. I know the iChargers like a 1 ohm load. So figure out how many Watts you need, find the right resistors, and slap them on a heatsink.

You can set your icharger to 40 amp discharge but it won't get much over 12 amps (on a 2s battery) unless you have it hooked to an external resistor.
