Great/cheap pit light
I found this collapsible light on Amazon. Just thought I'd share. I think I paid like 15 bucks on Amazon. It's sweet. It's very bright and folds down to about the size of an I phone. It's rechargeable. It only works when it's charged, you can't have it plugged in and use it at the same time. Only downside is it only stays really Bright for about an hour or so. But for the money you can't beat it .

Nice! Who makes it or a link for it?

Looks really nice, is the battery replaceable? Maybe if you can fit a strong lipo in there it may last longer.

updated review on pit light. it started out good. it was bright and had good battery time but that didn't last long. it got to be so bad it started dimming after about an 30 mins. I ended up tossing it after the plug even stopped working..

Here is a link to a cheap Ikea led desk lamp that plugs in to a wall socket.

They have other relatively cheap (price/quality?) desk lights. Don't know how much they charge to ship.
Here is a link to a more expensive light from Costco

Sometimes Costco also sells Ott brand lights that are decently priced.

Here is the lamp I got, pretty cheap ($20) and really bright. A lot of people at the track liked it and bought the same light.
