Should be very soon. You won't be disappointed.

All of the team drivers are loving theirs. They are performing flawlessly.

Two thumbs up for the new Maclan speedo.

I ran the new MMAX Pro and MRR 5.0 at the US Indoor champs in Cleveland this past weekend.
No heat issues and smooth as butter.
Programming was simple and straight forward.

If anyone is on the fence about ordering one, don't be.
Great product and great service.

too bad the team edition doesn't come with the black ring ultra high torque rotor. might have been tempted to try.

Be cool if they could offer the option to build your motor with the rotor of your choice.

Ran 1st leg of our winter series, 61 entries total over several classes which for the area is really good. 2wd buggy, 4wd buggy, and 1/10 4x4 SCT were all running maclan motors. Ended up finishing 3-1-3 in the stated order.

For 4wd buggy it probably would have been a 2 as the lead driver broke, but, at the same time, I was running only a 13.5 versus what others were in general using 10.5s and faster. Even running a solo durango dex410v5 as well, darn near was a hot bodies d413 spec class lol. I didn't give up nothing in speed, just a bit of low end power which I think if I buy the higher torque rotor I may get.

I really should pick up the 3500kv MR4. the 4150kv is crazy fast in the DESC410.

Motors ran great though, loads of power, even turned some heads.

The fast driver I mentioned has tried to get in touch with Maclan via email but no luck. he likes the gear and has some questions, any issues with email right now?

Cain: Nice man! I dont remember from other threads if you're running the DEXV3 and F as your 2wd buggies. I know you said you were running the 410V5 and the sc410V2. On that note, any reason you stuck with the 410V2 instead of getting the SC10?

I have emailed a couple times with no answer. But I'm gonna stick tough a have hope that there is an email issue. My questions were, what temps are you comfortable running on a 10.5? I"m pulling high 160's after a 5 minute main (4 wheel buggy). Also when is the Mmax speedo gonna be available? The resources I have said November. I'm running almost all Orca speedos right now, but love the Maclan motors I have right now, if the speedos are half as good I'd love to get ahold of one. I will start wearing my Maclan shirt again if you guys answer your emails LOL.

If Durango hadn't been having the issues they are having, to be honest I would have stuck with them for all my stuff. That DEX210F is stupid fast indoors carpet, especially considering its a pig weight wise. And this was running it in 17.5 blinky with you guessed it, a Maclan Motor

I first went Tekno, DESC10, then DESC410V2 for indoors. After much thought I decided that I wanted to see about getting my kids racing again and figured 4x4 SCT may be a class I get them in with turned down motors (they take a beating, easy to drive because 4x4, what more to like when you put the right power with them) and picked up an SCT410.3 . Just couldn't see trying to support the DESC410s with a newbie driver though, to be honest with all the stuff mine came with, its a tank. I hope this go around with Tekno is better as the DESC10 was the vehicle to beat for me. But need support!

You don't need any faster motors, you will just break and miss the podium again Give us mere mortals a chance! Two pictures of you is enough!!!!

The Team Edition motors are out. $119 . I am very interested to pick one up, but, if they could configure them at least at the rotor level, I could wait and get one with the ultra torque rotors. I think thats all I am missing in 4wd 1/10 to battle with the 10.5s right now and that way get all the team edition goodness.
