I have been digging around looking for a suitable battery and not having much luck.
I can't tell if the MX-v and the 3X take the same batteries or not since I have never seen the 3X.
Has anyone found a lipo battery that fits?

I put a standard stick-type receiver pack lipo in mine. You'll have to open up the radio and replace the connector though. But its very easy to do, just be careful around the screen with the two case halves.
