Default V3.1 Software Issue

I'm wondering if somebody can help me here, I run a V3.1 120a in my YZ2 buggy linked in to a V10 8.5 motor.

I've updated the speedy software to the latest software (V3.2......), I've programmed some boost and turbo into the speedy, everything seems in order until I put the car down on the track, I'd make it through about a lap (sometimes only as far as the first corner) and power drops out. All of a sudden the car isn't clearing jumps it's getting burnt down the straight away.

I pull it in and find it's in blinky mode even though when I put the car down it had boost and turbo timed into it.

I'm usually pretty good at understanding these things and I'd reset and refreshed the software 3-4 times and the same thing keeps happing.

Has anybody else had this issue?

Anytime you change software, you must recalibrate your ESC, neutral, full throttle and braking. You change thing like you're using a new ESC. then redo your turbo settings.

svndayNZ..If you have recalibrated after loading in new firmware, and what you describe is happening, then that is not normal at all. It should be holding all your settings until you reflash the firmware.

I've loaded the new firmware, re set the speedy through the usual neutral - forward - brake routine. I load the boost and turbo, midway through a lap the speedy decides it's forgotten what I loaded and it drops out

Sounds like a problem with the ESC to me. Is it under warranty?

I'm going to try a new sensor cable. I've not had a chance to run the car since.
