Default ESC fan disected 💨🏁

My Orion R10.1 fan's blade part decided it wanted to stay on the track today. Luckily I found it swept up by a pipe near my favorite crash site. looks like all I need to do is just slide the blade's rod portion back into the fan's motor portion and it works normally. Based on the pics or your experience am I missing anyother pieces? The metal rod just slides down into the hole pictured, but nothing except a little friction holds it together. Is this a common thing? Should some glue be used? I really don't think I even need the fan. What I really need is a diagram of how the fan is built. Do my pics look right? Are all the internal pieces there? Will it pop off again (probably)?? Any insights please

Here's a pic of it fitted back together. Seems to work well, but what do I know... I'm new to this world.
