I just checked mine (have a converted server PSU as well) and it read 12.8V @ 6.8A charging a 2S 5000Mah at 10A. What does the charging screen read? Are you at least getting a 10A charge rate?

And is that a good tight connection to your power supply?

I use high power mode for the most part and as far as discharge goes, I dont usually change that in any of the charging modes except storage charge. 10A is what I set it to altho my 4/5S lipos dont get anywhere near that.

What do you mean, "No charging rate showed 1.99?" I dont follow....

Not sure if you are stuck still, but two things....

Use high power charge mode. You caN change it but fast charge has a setting that limits charge amps.

Second, the screen you show is how much power you are pulling from your power power supply.
