Default I am stumped, low range and glitching

This is a weird problem and hoping someone has some insight...

The cars
Losi Mini T: Hobbywing 18A/5200kv bl combo, Hitec HS65MG servo, Flysky Radio, 7.2V NIMH

Losi Mini Baja: Stock Brushed ESC/RX280 motor Hitec HS55 servo. Flysky radio 7.2V NIMH

So im out driving the Mini T and all of a sudden my range drops to toy grade rc levels and i get a bit of glitching, runaways, and just stopping dead outside what seems to be a variable range. First thought was "must be the transmitter" as the batteries were in good shape.
After swapping transmitters with one of the other fsgt3bs that i had, it still had the same issue... "Must be the receiver." I thought. Swapped receivers with no changes to the problem
I ended up getting frustrated and swapped to the Mini Baja and a TraxxasTQ FM radio. Still glitching and crappy range??? Batteries in the car and transmitters are good, wtf???

This is all in my front yard and i'm out of ideas... any thoughts?

Have you tried somewhere else? I get the occasional glitch in my front yard but never had any problems in the backyard.

Back when I used my Flysky radio, occasionally at races I'd glitch out. I could actually see the red LED on the receiver go on and off. So essentially it was loosing a signal then regaining it. I tried a bunch of stuff and then it was suggested I go through the rebind process. That actually worked. Don't know if you're having the same problem, but it's worth a shot.
