Do u think the motor is useable or is it done?

Looks a little sketchy. But I bet it still works if you can manage to get a good solder joint on it. Obviously, don't allow the wires to touch during operation.

Take extra care when resoldering the C tab, ensure you get solder to flow from the wire to the track that looks as it has lifted from the PCB.
