Default Trinity D4 release info?

Does anyone have any info on the new Trinity D4 17.5 motors that are supposes to be out soon? I'm in need of a new 17.5, but I don't want to pull the trigger if the D4 is just around the corner.

Like many others, I've moved on to something different. I'll consider evaluating the new D4 if and when it's introduced, and if (and only if) it seems markedly better than what I'm running at that time.

Is the R1 really that fast? I hear about those and Shuur and even Murfdogg as really fast motors, but I never see anyone using them locally.

My son and I use schurrspeed motors in our 17.5 classes, always some of the fastest cars on the track.

I had to switch over to the Kill Shot and I have been very impressed. Every bit as fast as the D3.5 was and runs cooler.

I waited for it to but by chance I got a R1 in my hands and there was no regrets. No need for any other motor now. Now you just have to be patient cuz all R1 are out of stock everywhere. They should be back in stock very soon.
