Default Hotwire for RS Gen1?

All the info I've found pertains to Gen2, will the standard hotwire that Tekin sells now work with a Gen1 RS ESC? Do I need any adapters?

I can only tell you that you can use the old tekin hotwire with the new Gen2 esc if you use an OTG cable. With this in mind, I'm guessing that the new Gen2 hotwire will work with both the old and new ESCs. This is only a guess. I believe that OTG just added an extra pin.

Good info, thank you!
You'd think they would lay it out a little better on their own site...

I've used the older Hotwire with the Gen 2 RS and the Spec version with no issues. I believe the newer Hotwire has some more functions that the older one didn't. (I could be wrong)
