Do you know if the Fantom IONv5s using the D4 as a base?

Yes, the Fantom Ion 5 uses the D4 as a base

Wow. I was just going to get a stock D4 and add a teal rotor, now I see all these other choices.

New Certified 5% D4's are available now. I like the Certified logo on the endbell now.

Yes all Certified 5% handbuilt motors include a Certified 5% rotor along with a few other things to enhance performance.
