I found these batteries: http://www.smc-racing.net/index.php?...product_id=209

When you find a charger make sure it has a power supply. I am also looking for a charger combo.

I purchased the Tenergy TB6B charger and have been very happy with its performance. I purchased mine from Amazon and it arrived in less than a week.

As far as batteries, I bought 2 Turnigy nano-tech 5300mah 2S2P 30~60C Hardcase Lipo Packs from Hobbyking. They had very quick shipping from the US warehouse, I had them in about 4 days.

I have only been using them for about 10 cycles, but they have performed very well for me.

Whatever you end up with, just make sure you research to ensure you are getting what is best for you. Good luck.

Get 2 or even 3 of these....http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...Lipo_Pack.html

And this charger....http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s..._GENUINE_.html

With 3 of the lipos, its just over $120 plus shipping.

Can't go wrong with these but if you are worried about two shipping charges get these batteries on the same site as the charger they are good batteries.

Not criticizing your reply but wouldn't a hard case lipo be better for a car.

would just get the imax charger the duratrax charger is not going to balance the lipos very well. You need to have a good charger for lipos that is one of the most important things. Lipos will ruin your day if you have a bad charger that causes your car to go up in smoke. But the duratrax lipo is good. I would stay away from venom lipos everyone i have owned has fried within a week or two.

I second the Imax charger. The Duratrax will charge your packs just fine, but it will be considerably slower and you will be limited to lipo charging only. The Imax will charge almost any battery you will ever need for RC and other uses.

As for the lipos, I would highly recommend Turnigy Nano-tech or Sky lipos for the best value. The Duratrax lipo is just fine and would get the job done, but you will be paying nearly twice as much for a lesser quality pack. You would be much better off spending the difference on a higher "C" rated pack as it will simply last longer and it could ultimately handle more load if you decide to push the limits of what your car will do. In my opinion the 25C rated generation of lipos was one of the worst. Most of my older 20C packs outperformed and outlasted the 25C packs I owned.
