This is the screen protector and a buddy of mines are using. Works fine, no issues.

What does the "genuine" Futaba screen protector look like? Is it just like the least expensive ones from eBay?

I've had the FUTABA version and the ebay one. Can't tell a difference. The reason why the futaba came off is bc I installed the wrong way. Go ebay route

$18 for a screen protector? Futaba has turned into the Apple of the RC world...

Just bought a bunch of cheap protectors from eBay.. 4 sets total... so I can get a few practice shots... And still cheaper than ONE Futaba protector!

As a side note I am using R304SBE RX in my cars.
Up to 17 hrs on my radio here, still original firmware (Bought from Japan by my brother for me) Using R304SBE in 3 diff cars and R2104 in another, no glitching to report as yet.

How do you find the range on the E version?

And also, what about the grip size - does the JDM version come with a M or S hand grip?

I assume the US/AU version would be a medium - although tower says it has 2 included?

To be honest I haven't noticed any reduction in range, at least at the tracks I race at, bashing in the park it's better than my DX3S was, Telemetry stops before you lose radio range. Not sure what grip I have on, I haven't changed it.

It's cheap if compared with the price of the radio ... and always the best brands out more expensive than the rest

I use iPhone 4 screen protectors, they are cheap as people are trying to dump them and the screen is the same size

Hello I just ordered my new 4px yesterday. I am sure it's been answered but what's the best rechargeable pack for this radio?

Has anyone switched from the spektrum DX4R pro to the 4PX? If so, how do they compare to each other and was it worth the extra money. I'm thinking of making the switch.
