Transmission help

I have a truck I pull backwards and the transmisson turns but not forward do I need a new transmission?

I'm assuming you mean when you push it forwards the gears don't move? If that's what you mean, that's normal as that's the one-way bearing on the spur gear.

what radio, motor, speed control?

may have the speed control set to forward only, and motor wires reversed
