I believe it is a castle esc.

castle escs use different receiver and motor wires. they also don't make an esc that looks like that (the older mamba max had wires all coming out one side)

probably just a cheap no name esc

I thought it was castle and it won't hook up to the castle links. It had a castle 4 pole motor with it
