I was wondering if this is they right way to charge a saddle pack and where does the blue wire go ??????

The blue wire goes to the jumper wire between the cells. Like this one.

You can always charge each side seperately as a 1s pack also if you dont have the proper balance lead.

Yea I have it where I put it to the negative side or positive side ??????

Yes, the blue wire on your setup will simply go the bridge between the two halves of the saddle pack. I would suggest having a harness wired up simply to balance charge and then attach to the packs in the car using good 4mm bullets. I think that will be the simple life for this style battery. No reason to have the balance plug bouncing around in the car at all
