Well, I bought the rsx last week. Went on vacation and installed it today and tried to calibrate. The chimes are very faint, can Barely hear the esc. Also, the esc after going thru the calibration steps. The esc flashes, 1,2 & 6,7. I know the instructions tells u it's a short or looses wire. Played with the wires. no bad connections. So how do I find out which of the esc or motor is shorted out??? Please help this thing was pricy!!!!

Check your voltage settings. Mine did the same thing. Or reset the esc to factory and try it from there also.

Ohh, also, your lipo may be dead..

Also make sure the esc is set in brushless motor type mode. Also try another motor to elimi the motor from the equation.

What should the voltage settings be at?

Are you using the Hotwire?

Not using hotwire. Also did make sure it was set to brushless.

No sh$# there every where but why buy another when they have it being repaired
