Default New hobbywing combo problem

Got a brand new 1800kv hobbywing 150amp combo.

Put it in my losi 2.0 truggy and noticed it shuttered real weird just going up and down the street. I re calibrated esc and re blinded receiver.

I'm using a dx4s remote and the new receivers they come with. I did have a mm 2200 in this truck before and was running great.

Also I ordered new hitec 7955tg servo and threw a new glitch buster in. At the track the truggy would run good for a second then start shaking Or take off on its own, I tried diff glitch buster, different batteries and different receiver still did same crap but it will run fine for a min or 2 then start acting up. Using 4 cells 5000 40c

I noticed when it shutters the motor wires jump and shake. I am not going to dig into it so boxed it back up and emailed hobby partz, does anyone know how well the customer service is? I am hoping I just got a dud and new one will get here and work great

Did you try a new sensor wire?

You should post in the HW support forum. Probably get more support there.

If you have another motor to use I would hook it up and try it. It sounds to me like a phase is not working on the motor.

I don't have another motor with the small bullet connectors and don't want to start cutting and soldering on this esc or anything so I'm hoping I can exchange it all for new. I did put my own plug on the esc but solder job came out nice I solder all the time that's not it
