I really hope SMC brings back their short course motors though. I like my 4500kv enough to have a spare if they'd restock lol.
This is true.. haha. For the price, it's a bit scary. I'm hoping for the best.

You might shoot them an e-mail and ask.

SMC sends out their stuff pretty tame for endbell timing. I would up the endbell timing a bit. Can't recommend how much because I don't have a motor analyzer. Test and tune.

Yea, saw that. My 6.5 came in at around 20 degrees. I'm trying to get wiring done so I can run it. I'll time as much as possible them use esc to make any other adjustments.

Here's my dyno result for my 6.5t. I would say there is not much significant difference except maybe for the 40 degrees.

I can't make that comparison yet. I'd need to get those big dollar stuff first.

It's not a business for me so when I get a chance to obtain more motors, I can make those comparisons.

1/8 scale is comparable to Higher end stuff, such as Orion, Tekin, and superior to LRP and Trinity (based on quality)

Something is wrong with that result. It's impossible for a motor to produce more torque at a higher rpm and somehow less power.

It's windows driven. Will not open in a chrome book. Not a problem. Would just be neat to have the option of using from pad or phone. Send me a linkee if you have it that works with android/chrome please.
