I will post this as others can use it

Transmitter calibration
Turn on transmitter and make sure D/R and EPA are set to 100% Also make sure no Expo has been set, you can add these functions later.

While transmitter is turned on hold down the set button then switch on ESC, you are now in calibration mode, release button. 1/ leave trigger in neutral position & push the button once. 2/ Hold full throttle on transmitter then push button once. 3/ Hold full brake on transmitter then push button once. Transmitter calibration is now complete power cycle the ESC.

The Super Vortex zero's programming is very simple without the need for additional devices and or a pc.
Setting's, to enter setup mode while esc is turned on push and hold the setup button until the blue led begins to blink, you are now is setup mode. Mode 1 is indicated by 1 blue flashing light , mode 2 is two flashing lights and so on. Each setting in a particular mode is indicated by the number of green flashing led, 1 flash is setting 1 & so on.

To change a setting in each mode is done by pushing the button until the led turns red, from there you push the button until you have the desired setting indicated by the green led.

Setting's
Mode 1 is Cutoff voltage

Mode 2 is Drive mode
Setting 1 is forward/brake Setting 2 is forward/reverse.

Mode 3 is Temp protection
The first temp is for ESC the second for motor in each step setting.

Mode 4 is Boost mode (Blinky mode)
The first setting is no boost, the second boost on*
*You will need to adjust the amount of boost in later steps.

Mode 5 is full brake rate (brake power)
Lower the setting the weaker the brake, the higher the setting the stronger.

Mode 6 is neutral brake rate (Drag brake)
Lower setting or 0% is no drag then drag brake increases with each setting.

Mode 7 is drive feel

Mode 8 is neutral brake feel

Mode 9 is brake feel

Mode 10 is Boost level/Timing advance
The higher the % the more boost.

Mode 11 is turbo level
Setting 11 will bring on turbo level when 100% throttle is applied.

Mode 12 is power mode
The higher the setting, the more power will be applied.

Hope this helps, it's a brilliant esc by design & function.

I dont really rate the Reventon line...The sanwa has the smoothness but with the brakes of Tekin or LRP esc's.

The great thing about the Sanwa is it's compatible with high response modes much like a digital servo.

I'm trying to figure out ow to adjust the esc from the radio. Doesn't seem to be working. I've set the aux codes to normal. When I go into each code and try to make changes like the drag brake setting nothing happens. Is there something else I have to change or set on the radio? I've attached some pics of the instructions. Can anyone translate these?

Default Saving your settings

Not sure if this helps but try.

hold button down for 5 seconds then blue light flushes every second meaning thats mode one. And a little green light will flush at the same time meaning what level that mode is set to. e.g. blue light flushes 6 times and green light flushes 10 times that means: drag setting is at 45%

to set the desired setting you hold the button and it takes you back to selecting your mode then go though all the modes and it saves if you don't go thou all modes i think it does not save.

Im still new to this but I hope this helps.

It looks like Ch4 is the SSL channel. So it seems I may have to run a y adaptor to channel 2 and 4.

Meilleur, just to be sure are you using RX-472 receiver and either Exzes Z or M12 radio?

Otherwise you won't be able to do the direct setting/changes from radio.

Also did you download the 8 pages supplementary instruction?
