RPM, Voltage, an temp are very good streams to follow during a run. While I agree amp draw is and can be important I'd argue that mah use vs. run time is simply and effective as well in regard to competing. is there currently something in the esc the can read amps? or would that be a hardware upgrade? |

Im in the UK and looking to order one of these. I have been following the thread and just read back from page 1 to here.

Any news on this "better than a program card" upgrade? Im converting over to tekin with the new RX8, but don't want to drop another $30 for hotwire if something else is on the horrizon.

178 amps sounds kinda ridiculous, likely a current spike during a hard start,etc.. This is part of the issue with data logging amps. The average Joe may not know what to do with the info.
Don't worry about buying the Hotwire at this time, we've secured it's future with our "other" option. |
