I have been unable to figure out how to set up my rear steering. The servo is on channel 3, but I can not find out how to set the radio to use the switch to change from different modes of my rear steering... off, turns in opp. direction as front, same direction as front, and rear only. Mine is not hacked yet, but the parts are on order. Been a while since I ordered, so hopefully it will be here soon.
Can anyone help? |

You get what you pay, with this Radio, less than a month and the steering spring just broke, luckily for me I was just playing VRC.
Going to buy and Airtronics |
I've been testing out my friend's GT3-C and my neighbor's GT3-B a few times and noticed something that seems inherent to both.
The throttle trigger is definitely non-linear. The first 70% or so of the trigger pull does very little throttle input, and the last 30% ramps up very quickly to full throttle. Dialing in 30-38% of throttle expo helps a ton in making it sort of linear. The steering behaves somewhat similarly, but is fairly linear in the first 90% or so of steering wheel travel and then the last 20% snap goes to full left/right. Dialing in -20 or -30% of steering expo helped it a bit. I've set up both cars and countless of my own buggies and trucks, so I know it's not a vehicle calibration issue and is something to do with the transmitter. I haven't searched this thread, but I highly recommend you guys test this out with your own transmitters if you're having throttle or steering control problems. I found it pretty difficult to drive the vehicles otherwise. |
My radio is hacked. I was wondering if anybody had problems with the battery dropping voltage too fast. My voltage fluctuates and would show low voltage. What can be the problem?

hey guys, i just got in 2 of the gray gt3c's
scanning over the many hack threads and youtube vids and i see some ppl using this programmer ***.amazon.***/gp/product/B01N79YDJE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 will this one work ? |
Hello! I bought a new GT3C wanting to have more controls over the stock radio but the expo setting is just bad. It does nothing up to 40%, negative or positive, and just at 40% it does a big step. Up until 39% it does nothing. Then another step at 60%, 80% and 100. This is just wrong. I have an e-revo 1/16 vxl, stock esc and Savox SW-0250MG. It does this on either channel 1 or two. What the heck?

You could try the hacked firmware, that solves many issues:

Hi..i recently bought FS GT3C..it looks fine and beautiful complete radio..
But I have found te problem..transmeter gets hang if i turn it on for long time..for instance,if u drive more thn 15 to 20 minutes minutes or may ne less thn that,it can be hanged/freez any time..thn no button or function works..transmeter freezes like chinese mobile..any solution plz?battery is fully charged.all functions work perfectly but it can be freezed/hang any time.. Waiting for early reply best regards ... |
I have not experienced this.
what I have inadvertently discovered was remote resets all its settings if your turn it on while turning the steering all the way to the right. I had settings for it for 4 rcs and it was a point as I had to re-do all EPs and Expo. |
IF things were working fine or as normal, after using it for the long term racing, does anyone have a problem with it. What I mean is, after long term using in racing at the club level, does anyone's experience shows that it's not good enough for racing at club or even on higher level?

Anybody got a replacement chip for the FS-iT4 they decided not to use? looking for one.
