Default charging igniter question

Kind of a newb question here as I always use the wall charger to charge my igniters. But I cant seem to find my wall charger, but my squid that plugs in my charger looks to have the adapter to charge one. Question is how many amps should I charge it at and how do I tell if it is a nicad or nimh? It is the associated blue factory team igniter

Does it screw apart so you can see the cell ? Most are Nicd but I have always charged mine on Nimh at 1 amp and it's older than dirt.
