Thanks Matt. On my JR R-1 it's D/R for dual rate. It also has expo which is totally different than D/R. Guess I'll find out when mine gets here. And I agree with you on the receivers. Smaller would be better.

FWIW it's got every adjustment to the steering you'll ever need. Expo, trim, subtrim, speed adjustments, mixes if you're running 4w steering, and endpoints are all adjustable.

I currently have a DX3R and I think this radio is better than that, so yes, I think it's better than a DX3S

Does the steering wheel lock in place or does it move the entire time?

There a screw under the wheel that you can tighten to hold the steering wheel in place. It doesn't lock it down 100% but it makes it tough to move the wheel assembly.

I'm hoping we get an answer to the latency question soon. If anyone in phoenix has one let me know, I'd love to try it out.

Apparently, reading comprehension isn't one your strengths either. CarbonJoe was 'talking' to TheRcKid17m who was asking if anyone had bought one after you and Matt said they had.
The pivoting steering wheel freaks me out. I'm curious to know what it really feels like to use it after a while.

I read somewhere the latency was 5ms, I honestly have no clue how that compares to anything else on the market. couldn't race this weekend but from just playing with it I haven't noticed any latency issues.
