If I have to solder on a chip, it is not a big deal to me. I too feel sorry for those who do not have the soldering setups I do. Been a while since I have had to do chip replacement. I have not had any real solder wick for many years. I have just used flux and fine wire. Put some flux in my hand, work it into the wire strands and then twist. Makes a decent solder wick.

We will see.

Buzz.

Question. I'm charging via my computer, does it charge with the transmitter turned off and how do you know its full?

yes; and I just turn it on to check the voltage/charge indicator.

It looks like you have a one that will not bind to more than one model. Mine has the 1.01 and I just tryed to bind a second receiver and it would not do it.

The new boards look exactly the same and have the same Version number. Same firmware. Its something to do with the chip.

Made a vid - YouTube FS-iT4 vid

Nice. Thanks for putting that together. The music though?... eh. I had to mute it and unmute every once and a while to see if you were saying anything about the board or instal.

Is there a way to adjust the contrast on the screen? Its almost impossible to see in sunlight.
