Basically leave a message stating your problem and then they will email you. There is no direct download for the firmware on their site.

If you look at my profile one of my visitor messages has the link to download firmware version 1.02-US.

Does version 1.02 fix the binding issue?

I think it depends one your hardware version. The only way to find out is to try updating the firmware.

It did not fix it for me but I'm running hardware version 1.0.

well it's official, mine won't bind with two receivers....whaaaaaaaa!
still need to do the update but right out of the box tells me it's the
first generation hardware. but we'll see when I do the update.
I hope they figure this out, it's really a deal breaker.

Bummer yo.

I'd get on their website and get the support message rolling. I'm sure they would eventually send you a replacement main board as they are to me.

anyone know what other receivers work with the it4?
need a smaller one than the 4ch that came with it.
won't fit in the waterproof box of the mini erevo, just in case anyone
was going to try it. or if you did figure it out let me know.
thanks all....

THE FS-GR3C receivers from the FS-GT3B and GT3C should work with the iT4. You will have to uncheck the AFHDS2 option on the receiver setup module. The FS-GRC3 receiver is much smaller than the FS-iR4 receiver.

I have the FlySky FS iT4 Firmware Version 1.01-US 22-01-2013.

I can not find any menu item in receiver setup menu to uncheck the AFHDS2 option.
Do I not have the most recent firmware?
If not where do I download the most recent versiom?

Thanks!

well, tried posting a msg on the website and got a pop up from site in CHINESE!
can't post my message and can't read the pop up. nice!
ended up sending an email to the contact us and got an email back saying to return
the unit to the seller. all I wanted was a link to the update.
anyone have a copy of the update they can share? along with the installation instructions?
this is really getting annoying, almost ready to dump this thing.
thanks guys!

thanks,
worked like a charm, now to see if it will bind with
more than one receiver at a time.
oh but wait, just saw that I have hardware version 1.0
as well, according to mikegozz the update won't fix
the binding issue. this is killin' me.

Could it fix the binding issues with the older receivers or does it still only bind to one of those at a time?

Preliminary results show I can bind multiple FS-GR3E receivers at a time.
I bound receiver 1 on model 1 and it worked.
I bound receiver 2 on model 2 and it worked.
I set back the TX to model 1 and it worked with receiver 1 no rebinding needed.
I set the TX to model 2 and it worked with receiver 2 no rebinding needed.

The problem is you don't get any of the telemetry(temps, voltage etc.) without AFHDS2
