I have a 100s that stutters/rattles/shakes when not under load. Hoping that Amain takes care of me. I just ordered a 100SS replacement while waiting on the 100S.

Talked to customer service , I have to send it back , and they have to try and repair it before they make the call to ship me a new one. This may take a while ... Getting owned

I bought two protek 150T servos and was impressed with the torque/speed specs. All went well with assembly and they were super quiet and looked great.

Well…disaster struck after ~15 minutes of run time. The steering servo lost center and held left. I had to steer full lock to the right to get the car to go straight. I swapped the servo for a savox and all was good for another tank. Then…the throttle servo started glitching out with spurts of throttle. Swapped it out for a savox and all was good for the rest of the day.

Also...I am a bit disappointed that I won’t have servos for my race this weekend. I tried to get them to send me replacements so I have servos to run but didn't have much luck. Hopefully they will get everything straightened out because the servos look promising.

I have Hitec servos that have never worked right, even with sending them back. 7940 and 7950 and one 7955.

I have a box of servos from several manufactures over the years. Not one company is perfect, although Savox is close.

With that said, my son has ran two Protek servos in his buggy for about a year now. He is not the smoothest driver. Donkey flipping all over the track, he puts a lot of stress on these servos and I can report that they have been flawless. Heck, I have 2 brand new Savox servos that I bought because of the stories Ive read on here. They are still in the box new...

There are a few positive stories out there. I will say, these servos are pretty.

Hello Jlbanta,

We’re sorry for the experience you’ve had with our servos. We received your message this morning and have sent you a call tag. Once we receive your servos we’ll send replacements right away. What is normal turn around time for warranty work. I lost a 150T in 5 minutes on steering yesterday. Need it back for roar regionals next weekend, wondering how long it takes. thanks
