Is there a way to open the case and be able to redo the wiring ?

You can open the case but you better be good at soldering. I have resoldered the leads on a sidewinder before but its not real easy. You're probably better off to send it to castle and have it done.

I really hate how companies make there casing and leads nearly impossible for the average person to redo any of the wiring...

I don't quite understand what you mean. The case pops right open with a small screwdriver, and the wires are soldered right to the circuit board... just like any electronic device. What exactly would you want to rewire anyway?

Want to replace all the stock wire and put all black..

Just make sure you don't get'em all crossed up! There's a reason for color coding.
