Thats the essence of a pre order!!! If you don't get the batteries and decide to go a different route, you cancel the order and get a full refund. What is there to be scared of? I'm lost here

The only reason we started offering pre-orders is because many asked for it. This keeps customers from having to monitor the site and hope to be able to get packs when they get back in stock. For those who have been following this thread know that we have experienced a tremendous growth and we're out of stock on many models frequently. We're doing all we can to fix this issue and things will improve in the coming weeks. For example the order we got in today was placed on February 27th. There simply was no way for us to know that it would take that long for the supplier to take this long. Also since then we have even more demand on our packs. We will figure out the supply and when we do run out of packs it will not be for a very long time.

I would like to thank everyone who has been patient and our goal is to keep prices low on what we feel are some great packs.

Glad to hear the 4s Factory Specs came in. The 2 I bought back in April are doing great. For the people waiting on theirs, all I can say is patience is a virtue. Danny and the guys at SMC are great and so are their packs. I have sent everyone I know to SMC and have yet to have anyone that took my advice come away disappointed. I know shipping delays suck, but as restrictive as the carriers are getting about shipping lipo's, I know if he could just snap his fingers and get them here, Danny would.

I have a few of the 5000 MAH 7.4V 40C's ordered, what is your timeline for these batteries please? Thank you

i have some question the 6500 2s2d battery i ordered or what ever it is i forgot already. but how is the battery hooked up like by cell or parallel or waht ever the other one is. i got lost but the charger instruction say i need to know how many cell and stuff is in the lipo. i figured the discharge is gonna be to 3.7 v. and what is 1 c how many amps is that. thanks Rob

They are 2 cell batteries and you can run them safely down to 3.2 or so. I have my LVC set at about 3.5 just to be safe and give a little extra life to the packs. 1c will be 6.5 amps, I assume you mean for charging? If you have a good charger you can charge them much higher then that.

I will be ordering two of these Friday, I hope you don't run out by then.
