Working with a new site in Australia that will offer SMC packs at a good price for Australians. They already placed an order with us and as soon as packs are available we will ship them out. Shipping from the US is to expensive and we can ship from Hong Kong when packs are available. By working with this new site this will be the best solution for Australian customers.

I purchased 3 packs of the 6500 2S packs a few months ago, admittedly from a HK online store for much more $$$ than advertised directly on the SMC website. It would be great to see you service the Aussie customers.

I am having a problem with one of your pack. I tried to e-mail thru your site, but didnt get a response. On 5-23-13 i bought 2 2s 5600 packs that i run in my 4x4 sc. One i cant make a 7 minute race. The other i can run for 20 minutes in the same vehicle. They have only been charged 20 times. I alternate the packs and only charge to 8.38 volts.
I would appreciate any help

20 minutes racing in a SCT with a 5600 seems a little far fetched 7 minutes sounds about right. I only make 9 mins on my 6500

I didn't think it would last that long either, I timed it on my remote. This is with a tekno sct410 vtx8 and pro4 4600 it ran non stop for 20 min.

I get all emails from the website and never got an email with this issue.

When did the issue start happening ?

Do you mean it hits the LVC before the end of your 7 minute race ? Have you measured the voltage of the cells when this happens ?

You can send it back to us and we can test it and if something seems to be defective with one of the cells we will work something out with you. If both cells are down then this is something in the way the pack was used that created them to drop.

Put a note with the issue , your order ID number , email address and shipping address.

From what I can see Fantom racing uses your packs ?
