Has anyone experieced sever glithcing problems when on track with other spektrum users? my spektrum has exhibited no problem when out on the track by itself or with other FM systems but when I hit the drivers stand with 3-4 other DSM users it glitches like crazy and goes through many failsafe resets, has anybody else experienced this? How did you correct it?

I have not had this problem on the track, but when I switched to the Tekin speedo my car did this on the bench.I put a resistor cap in the reciever and have not had a problem since.Hope this helps.I also raced a national with 4 other Spektrum's with no problem.Craig

At my track only 2 of us routinely have Spektrum, but a couple of weeks ago we had a 3rd user with Spektrum. None of us had any issues. All 3 of us, all stood next to each other during the race too.

I've run with three other spektrums and have had no problem.
Wonder what would happen with ten on the driver's stand ?

I ran my 3PK Spektrum for the first time tonight without any problems. There were 3 of us in both heats and the main with the system and noone experienced any problems

Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to buy just the 3PK with no module or receiver? I am getting a 3PK, but i want to put the spektrum in it instead of using the regular module and receiver. Is there a part number for just the titanium 3PK without anything? i looked on ebay but all that was there was the megatech version not the magnum version, what is the difference?

Any help much appreciated.....

:D

Have you got a picture of this? I have searched and can't seem to find an anwser. Is there anyway on the Black 3PK to get the cover to fit over the Spektrum module.

I got my cover on but don't remember having to modify it.

I have the black 3pk with a spectrum pro module, it was a tight squeeze but fit fine.

coons88 06-27-2006 09:30 PM

Oh yes got it to fit, just have to apply a bit of pressure.

Jon3 06-28-2006 05:48 AM

I finally squeezed my pro module in place, but it took a bit of non gentle pressure!

Anyone got a pic of a 3Pk witha spektrum installed?

I'm also interested in how to get the module cover on. Without modification! I didn't think that was possible!

It's all good..

I slowly trawled my way through all 9 pages of this thread. Some nice pics in there that I didn't get first time around..

Cheers guys..

Horizontal or verticle receivers?

In running flat plate carbon fiber chassis - like the X ray 05, RDX TC4s,
I have had interference placing the receiver flat on the CF chassis
board.

I was told to stand the receiver upright and mount it so the IC
circuit board wasn't horizontal with the CF chassis. So It's 90 degrees.

Anyone had problems with their Spektrum receiver mounted flat
on carbon chassis?
