Considering buying one, but after experiencing the flow not getting along very well with both a speedpassion 3.0 and a sky ares pro motor, I'd appreciate any advice.
See the issue I had matching these two. Nothing I did resolved it. Even went as far as emailing the pro's and pro themselves and non could figure it out. Speedo even got sent back with the motor and both were fine. In the end I gave up ran an lrp x20 and it worked perfectly. Very fickle Speedo is the Flow.

Has anyone come across this issue:

Flow will not program, calibrate or anything. It just turns on and issues a solid blue light. The ESC works and spins the motor. It also took the new firmware package I did the other night. But nothing can be done with the ESC mode and set buttons to customize the ESC.

Factory reset it (No idea if it works because it's just a solid blue no matter what I do)

Anyone?

Have you tried re-flashing firmware update, then factory reset

Default Need help with menu settings with 5.4 firmware

I upgraded to the 5.4 firmware but now I can't figure out what the flashing of the LED's mean as they no longer flash according to the what the manual shows. With the ESC in blinky mode, I wrote down how the LED flashes and counted the maximum values available for each mode.

Here's how the Mode LED's now flash with the 5.4 firmware:

Mode 1
Mode LED: Red LED flashes
Set LED: Max of 10 values, Default setting is off

Mode 2
MODE LED: Red LED flashes quickly
Set LED: Max of 2 values, Default setting is off

Mode 3
MODE Led: Red LED flashes with slight pause in between each flash
Set LED: Max of 10 values, Default is off

Mode 4
Mode LED: Yellow LED flashes
Set LED: Max of 10 values, Default is 5

Mode 5
Mode LED: Blue LED flashes
Set LED: Max of 5 values, Default setting is off

Mode 6
Mode LED: Red and Blue LED flash simultaneously
Set LED: Max of 10 values, Default is off

Mode 7
Mode LED: Red and Yellow LED flash simultaneously
Set LED: Max of 1 value, Default is off

The new firmware comes with a new pdf with information on what the flashing LED's mean. More parameters have been added.

I got to see two of volkers cars up close at AOC today (and I took him out in practice at one point ) and his one of his speedies (still labelled flow works) is definitely not the same as the one I run.

He said towards end of the year for a new ESC most likely.

I spotted the heat sink first. It's different. Wider fins and different finish. Rest of case looked the same pretty much.

He then told me the guts is all new also, as is the firmware.

Setup box instead of flashing lights for adjustments?
