The Airtronics case is junk but they make up for it in radio goodness!

Saw that the 471 rx's are 140! I will stick with the Sanwa 451R's for 85!!!

This is what I am using for a case. Its a very tough and rigid case. Can withstand extreme heat and cold. The Troops over seas even use cases just like these to store gear in. It has a runner o-ring around the lip, So its waterproof as well. It has the pick and pluck foam too.

Yes, I have the drop down on mine, It fits very well. For the M12 W/Drop Dwon, The id of the case needs to be at leas 6in or deeper. This one right at 6in deep.

Does anyone know if the m12 is compatible with the RX381 receiver?

I will get my M12 soon. I have SAVOX (#SC-1267SG) servos, can I use with RX-462 receiver? Work with SHR mode?

I wish I could get a case like the Venom EVA Radio Bag for Spektrum DX3R/S radio. The Venom Transmitter case is made from light weight thermo-formed nylon material. I think this is all the protection these need just going to and from the track. And the are small enough to fit in pit box/bag. Unlike those oversized Aluminum boxes.

Just got mine yesterday, cannot wait to try it out! I just picked up the cheap Racers Edge bag and it works fine...how much protection do you really need to and from the track??

Default Best Price???

Anyone want to chime in on who has the best price for the new M12? I don't have any hook-ups on radios & receivers, so I need to find the best "retail" price out there for the radio and extra receivers.

Any and all input is greatly appreciated!

rc market has the receivers for 89.99. they're in hong kong and the receivers aren't in stock right now, but that's a far better price than the 140.00 i'm seeing in the states even after shipping.

Rcmarts has the best price for $499.99 and comes with optional wheel, grips and etc. I seen shops like rcmarket selling for more and have now drop their prices but you still don't get the optional items included.

Hi, Not a complete answer
But the SANWA site says:
'The Sanwa M12 can be operated with all Sanwa 2.4GHz FHSS-2, FHSS-3 and FHSS-4 car receivers: RX-371, RX-442FS, RX-451, RX-451R.RX-461,RX-462,RX-471'-
The the RX-471 that comes with M12 is not even listed yet so an update will be coming soon.

regards,
David
