Angry Problem with Venom V550 4200kv Combo

Dear friends,

I'm from Brazil and spend my last vacations at Miami. When I was there I bought a Venom V550 4200kv Combo for my Team Losi TEN-SCTE.

I was very excited to put this powerfull system on my car but when I turned it on it runs only 50 seconds and the ESC was cutting off with no reason.

I use only Lipo batteries (Venom, also, that I bought with the Motor and ESC), all of them with 50C, and the system just doesn't works!

I'm very disaponted with that and tried all kind of stuff, as change radio, change batteries (I used even 8.4vNiMH), change even the car, but it just does not works at all.

How do we resolve that?

I'm very unhappy with Venom Group. I send a email and they do not answered....
If this situation remains the same I'll never buy another product made by them...

What ESC settings are you using ?

Have you calibrated the ESC to your transmitter ?

High amp draw motors do not work well with Nimh batteries, suggest you look into getting a decent lipo

Cheers

I'm using the ESC that cames with the combo (Venom V550 80amp).
I already cabibrated it with my radio and used with new and old lipo batteries that are perfect.
I really don't know what is going on and I'm very pissed off with Venom... They don't answer my emails.
