Where exactly is the screw broken? Can you take the horn off? I f es, is the break inside, flush with the spline or is a part of the screw still outside?

Either you have the weakest screws or you gorilla fisted them when you tightened them down. In twenty five years of racing rc I have never seen one screw break off in the output gear let alone two.

OK, you can try an ez-out but that wont't be easy. You could try drilling it out but you'll need to be very precise or you will ruin the threads.

Best bet is to buy the replacement gear set and change out the one with the broken screw.

It depends on the servo condition, the more it looks used the more likely they will charge you to repair it.

I sent a malfunctioning servo to them and they sent me a quote of $79 to repair it saying the motor was used up.

Still it's worth the postage to see if they will fix it for free.
